Ces contr&ocirc;les se sont sold&eacute;s par l&rsquo;&eacute;tablissement de <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">proc&egrave;s-verbaux<\/span><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"> et l&rsquo;engagement de proc&eacute;dures.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; color: #757575; font-family: Raleway; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Face au risque de la multiplication des proc&eacute;dures, la FFVL a n&eacute;goci&eacute; avec l&rsquo;ANFR et l&rsquo;ARCEP pour proposer un cadre l&eacute;gal aux pratiquants, aux clubs et aux pros, dans l&rsquo;utilisation des postes et des fr&eacute;quences radio. La p&eacute;rennit&eacute; de la fr&eacute;quence FFVL 143.9875 MHz a &eacute;t&eacute; aussi confirm&eacute;e, dans son r&ocirc;le de fr&eacute;quence &laquo; s&eacute;curit&eacute; vol libre &raquo; : que vous soyez au sol ou en vol, basculer autant que possible sur cette fr&eacute;quence 143.9875 MHz si vous &ecirc;tes t&eacute;moin d&rsquo;un accident ou si vous vous situez dans une zone o&ugrave; des secours sont susceptibles d&rsquo;intervenir.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; color: #757575; font-family: Raleway; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">L&rsquo;ANFR invite la FFVL &agrave;&nbsp;rappeler &agrave; ses pratiquants, aux clubs et aux pros \u00ab\u00a0vol libre\u00a0\u00bb, que toute utilisation de fr&eacute;quences radio autre que celles pr&eacute;cis&eacute;es dans ce document est strictement interdite en France en l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;autorisation administrative (licence) d&eacute;livr&eacute;e par l&rsquo;ARCEP.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; color: #757575; font-family: Raleway; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18pt; color: #ff0000;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">La fr&eacute;quence FFVL des volants : 154.150&nbsp;MHz<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; color: #757575; font-family: Raleway; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 18pt;\">La F&eacute;d&eacute;ration a n&eacute;goci&eacute; avec l&rsquo;ARCEP et l&rsquo;ANFR l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une licence pour une seconde fr&eacute;quence FFVL que nous proposons de nommer &laquo; La fr&eacute;quence FFVL des volants &raquo;.
